1. Design

Every ring begins with intention.

Through private consultation and CAD development, we define proportion, balance and structural integrity. Stone placement, band curvature and setting details are resolved with millimetre precision.

Once the CAD design is approved, a resin model of the ring is produced. This allows you to see and assess the design in physical form — confirming scale, proportions and overall presence before moving into final production.

This stage ensures the ring is not only refined — but fully validated before it is crafted in precious metal.

2. Casting

The design is brought into physical form.

Using the approved model, the ring is cast in molten metal to create its final structure. This process captures every detail of the design, forming the foundation with precision and strength.

Following casting, the piece is carefully refined — removing excess material, correcting any micro-imperfections, and preparing the structure for stone setting.

This stage is not just formation — it is where durability is established.

3. Stone Setting

Precision defines this stage.

Each diamond is placed under magnification, with careful alignment and controlled tension. Claws are shaped and adjusted to secure the stone while maintaining visual balance and symmetry.

Attention is given to how light enters and reflects through the diamond — ensuring maximum brilliance without compromising security.

Every stone is tested for stability before moving forward, ensuring it is set for long-term, everyday wear.

4. Finishing & Inspection

The final stage defines the standard.

Through multi-stage polishing, surfaces are refined to achieve a smooth, consistent finish. Edges are softened, proportions are sharpened, and light reflection is enhanced across every surface.

Each ring then undergoes a detailed inspection, assessing:

  • Structural integrity
  • Stone security
  • Symmetry and alignment
  • Surface finish and polish quality

Only once it meets our internal benchmarks is it complete.
