Orders & Production
Order Cancellations
For Signature and Bespoke orders, the following cancellation terms apply:
If you choose to cancel your order after purchase but before receiving your CAD, a cancellation fee of $1,000 AUD will apply.
Once the CAD has been approved, order cancellations are strictly not permitted, as production will have commenced.
Design Approval (Bespoke Orders)
For custom or bespoke pieces, you will receive a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) prior to production.
The CAD allows you to review the design, proportions, and structure of your ring before crafting begins.
Once the CAD has been approved by you, the design is considered final and production will commence.
Amiré Jewellers cannot be held responsible for design elements that were approved during the CAD stage.
CAD & Rendering Disclaimer
Computer-Aided Design (CAD) images and renderings are digital representations intended to illustrate the design of the piece.
CAD images may appear larger than the final ring in order to show detail, and minor variations in scale, proportions, or appearance may occur in the finished piece.
Payment & Deposits
To commence the crafting of your piece and prior to receiving your Computer-Aided Design (CAD), a 50% deposit is required.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of your piece.
Once final payment has been received, a member of our team will contact you within 1–3 business days to arrange collection or delivery.
Amiré Jewellers reserves the right to withhold delivery or collection until full payment has been received.
Crafting Timeframes
Crafting timeframes may vary depending on the complexity of the design and stone sourcing requirements.
Typical production timeframes are:
-
Ready-to-wear pieces: dispatched within 3–7 business days
-
Signature / bespoke pieces: approximately 4–6 weeks
These timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak production periods.
Ring Resizing
To ensure the perfect fit, Amiré Jewellers offers:
One complimentary ring resize within the first 3 months of purchase.
This resize may be adjusted:
-
Up to two sizes larger, or
-
Up to two sizes smaller
Resizing beyond this range may not be structurally possible depending on the design.
Resizing Fees
Amiré Jewellers offers one complimentary resize within the first 3 months of purchase, up or down by a maximum of two ring sizes.
Resizing requests outside of this complimentary period, or resizing exceeding the standard size adjustment range, will incur a resizing fee.
If your ring requires resizing beyond two sizes, a resizing fee will apply starting from $100 AUD, depending on the design and complexity of the ring.
Specific Resizing Fees
Resize Up (0–2 sizes) — $150 AUD
Resize Up (2–4 sizes) — $250 AUD
Resize Down (0–2 sizes) — $100 AUD
Resize Down (2–4 sizes) — $150 AUD
Please note that some ring designs, including certain diamond-set bands or intricate settings, may have structural limitations and may not be able to be resized beyond specific ranges.
In these cases, our team will assess the ring and advise the most appropriate solution.
